Cottesloe physio operates small group yoga classes so you can experience the joy and benefits of yoga in a safe, supportive, fun and friendly atmosphere. We place a strong emphasis on correct alignment and hands on adjustments.
Classes are suitable for beginners through to intermediate practitioners. Postures can be modified to suit different levels of experience, and to accommodate different physical capabilities, injuries and health conditions.
Contrary to popular belief being flexible is not a requirement for practising yoga and one of the benefits of a regular yoga practise is that your flexibility, will slowly improve.
Different Types of Yoga at Cottesloe Physio
This class is great for those just starting out on there yoga journey or those wanting a more gentle class. Taking you through basic standing and seated postures and is perfect for all ages and levels of fitness. This class will bring balance, strength, and a sense of well-being to the practitioner.
In this class you flow from one pose to the next therefore, students come away with a good workout as well as a yoga experience. If you're new to yoga, it is a good idea to take a few classes in a slower style of yoga first to get a feel for the poses.
