Bethan Warren

Position: Physiotherapist

Bethan graduated from The University of Nottingham and has gained an extensive range of experience working within the NHS, MoD and in private sports clinics. Having always taken a keen interest in sports injuries Bethan has completed a ski season as a physio, worked as a pitch side for a local rugby team and has had the privilege of serving as a physio at the summer London 2017 Athletic and Para-athletics World championships.

She has gained extra qualifications in acupuncture and is a certified APPI Pilates instructor as well as being a certified yoga instructor after completing her yoga teacher training in India. This broad range of experience that Bethan has gathered has led her to believe in a holistic approach to treatment where she focuses on the patient as a whole and not just on your injury making sure that the improvements gained are sustainable and improve overall wellbeing.

Katy Briggs

Position: Physiotherapist

Katy Briggs qualified as a Chartered Physiotherapist from Kings College London in 2006 and since then has worked in various settings including the NHS, private clinics and sports clubs, mainly specialising in musculoskeletal physiotherapy. She has done her Pilates training through the APPI, specialist in horse rider Pilates and has been taking classes and one-to-one sessions over the last 10 years. More recently, Katy has been working with mainly horse riders to treat injuries and address biomechanical issues to ease dysfunction and improve performance.

Ella Hopkins

Position: Physiotherapist

Ella graduated as a Chartered Physiotherapist from the University of Southampton in 2006 and began her career in large NHS Teaching Hospital.

Ella went on to specialise in both Musculoskeletal and Neurological Physiotherapy, working as a Senior Practitioner across the NHS, Sports Clubs and in Private Practice.

Ella has a keen interest in Strength and Conditioning and exercise rehabilitation.
She passionately believes that Physiotherapy is as much about injury prevention as it is about treatment and rehabilitation. This has inspired her to complete Post Graduate courses and education in Strength and Conditioning with the UK Strength and Conditioning Association (UKSCA). Ella also has a keen interest in Aquatic Physiotherapy and is both a qualified Yoga teacher and Pilates Instructor, completing Pilates training with the Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute (APPI) and further Reformer Training with STOTT Pilates.

Deborah Martin

Position: Business Support and Sports Massage Therapist

Deborah joined the team in April 2021 to assist with the day to day running of the business. Deborah is also a qualified massage therapist completing the Level 5 Professional Diploma in Soft Tissue through the Institute of Sports and Remedial Massage in 2019.
