REFORMER PILATES

A different way of getting stronger

The springs and moving carriage adapt to you, not the other way around.

That makes it one of the best tools we know for building real strength, whether you’re returning after injury or surgery, managing a condition like osteoporosis or arthritis, or simply want to get strong with expert eyes on you.

THE DIFFERENCE

Why physio-led matters

Every class at Cottesloe Physio is designed and taught by chartered physiotherapists.

We know what your knee replacement means for the springs you load. We know what a DEXA scan result means for how you should train and crucially, how much you still can.

“Let’s move. Let’s build strength. Let’s build confidence.”

We teach big, confident movement. No fluff.

FIND YOUR LEVEL

Never out of your depth. Never under-challenged.

Classes run at clear levels, and you’ll be guided to the right one at your induction.

Control Reformer Pilates

Once your foundations are solid, this is where strength and mobility come together. Bigger ranges, more load, and the control to move well under both, providing progression.
