The Reformer Bed introduces the added dimension of resistance into the Pilates workout allowing you to modify the intensity of each exercise. It strengthens your muscles whilst improving your flexibility, creating much improved muscle tone throughout your body while promoting great posture and preventing injury. The machines offer a challenging, functional, all-over-body workout for all levels of ability, and exercises can be modified and adapted to suit a variety of different conditions and ailments by our expert Physiotherapists.

Fundamental / Foundation Reformer Pilates
This class focuses on developing your key movement patterns and helping you build a strong stable foundation. The Reformer springs add a resistance to your workout to help build muscle tone without the added impact on your joints. These machines really help your body work in the correct way, your stability muscles really have to kick in due to the resistance and moving carriage.

Functional Reformer Pilates
Building on your movement foundation adding more strength and conditioning and dynamic movement. We work on your Functional movement patterns to improve balance, coordination, strength and posture. Teaching your body to move better, more functionally and more efficiently. You can make the exercises easier or harder yourself

Clinical Classes
Smaller sessions (Max 4) using reformers and other fitness equipment, aimed at specific patients groups to help you rehabilitate from injury or manage an ongoing problem. These small groups allow us to give you individual attention and specific exercises for your problem, as well as making a support network with other participants who are in a similar situation to you.

One to One and small group Pilates Sessions
During these sessions we work on a 1:1 basis with you to help you achieve your goals. Whether you are recovering from an injury or wanting to help improve your sporting performance we can help you. Using a variety of small equipment and the reformers. You can also book in small groups.

Beginners Reformer Pilates Course
The 4 week beginners course goes through how to safely use the pilates equipment and work on your form and movement to help you get the most out of the class. Once completed you will be able to join one of our weekly classes.

1:1 Sessions
Alternatively, book a 1:1 session for an assessment and introduction reformer session. If we are happy that you are safe you can go straight into a foundation class (if you have a particular class in mind, please check our timetable for spaces)
