CANCELLATION OF A CLASS

If you are unable to attend please ensure you cancel so someone from the waitlist can join. If cancellation occurs within 24 hours of the class, the credit will be deducted from your block. To cancel go via the Mindbody website, App or email info@cottesloephysio.co.uk.

We reserve the right to substitute the class instructor and to cancel any class that has very low numbers and at short notice. We will advise any cancellation via email. It is the client’s responsibility to check their emails or online app to ensure the class is going ahead that day. If we cancel the class, the client will not lose a credit. If we need to cancel a class due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather or staff shortages a credit will be given that can be used within 2 months and booked no further than 2 weeks in advance.

ATTENDING CLASS

All members are to register first on our online system in order to purchase memberships or other items for purchase. We strongly advise that Patients attend a 1:1 session with our physiotherapists before starting classes.

You will be block booked into your session for up to three months in advance. All classes need to be pre-booked before attending. Failure to pre-book will not guarantee a place in the class.

The studio will not be open on bank holidays and no classes will be available. Cottesloe Physio reserves the right to make changes to any classes, change instructors or cancel a class in short notice. However, we will try to give you enough notice ahead of time.

Class credits are not refundable under any circumstances. However if you are unable to attend your scheduled class, please ensure you cancel before 24hours so someone from the waitlist can join. Please cancel online through the Membership section on our website, The Mindbody App or email info@cottesloephysio.co.uk. This credit can be used for another session which can only be booked up to two weeks in advance.  Leftover credits must be used within two months.

If cancellation occurs within 24 hours of the class, the credit will be deducted.

Class credits are not transferable between clients.

If you find your preferred choice is full, you will be added to the waiting list. Hopefully you will be bumped automatically on the class when someone on the list cancels out and you will be notified by email that you have a place.  If you don’t get an email informing you have a place, then try to find an alternative session in the week.

Members who fail to show up for their scheduled class will forfeit that booking and payment for that class.

Participation in both group and individual sessions is at the individual’s own risk. Always listen to your body and exercise at a pace and level which is best for you. Stop if you feel discomfort and let your instructor know.

Classes start on time so out of consideration for the instructor and other class members, please arrive five minutes before your class starts.  Late arrivals may be turned away.

All equipment and including matts are provided when coming into the studio but you are welcome to bring your own. Cottesloe Physio do not accept responsibility for any loss or damage to client’s own equipment or accidents caused by clients equipment.

Clothing should be close fitting and unrestricting rather than baggy so that the instructor can see how you are moving and help you more easily. Bare feet or socks are fine for matt pilates classes.   However for reformer pilates please wear grippy socks and do not wear any loose jewellery such as necklaces that could get caught in the machines.

Mobile phones should be switched off or on silent during a class except in exceptional circumstances.

Please let your instructor know any changes which may affect your ability to exercise prior to class.

Please note that at times we do use photos from our classes for advertising purposes and promotional purposes only.
