Our classes have a maximum of 10 people and are taken by a Chartered Physiotherapist.
This allows individual advice and hands on adjustments to be given to each patient throughout the sessions, allowing you to get the very most out of your pilates session. Physiotherapists have an in depth understanding of how the body works and will understand the nature of any injury or problem you may have. We use small equipment in the classes and like to keep them challenging, varied and fun.

One to One Pilates sessions
During these sessions we work on a 1:1 basis with you to help you achieve your goals. Weather you are recovering from an injury or wanting to help improve your sporting performance we can help you achieve your goals.
A 1:1 assessment is strongly advised before starting the group sessions (especially if you have any injuries) to assess your strengths and weaknesses and introduce you to the basics of Pilates. This will allow the group sessions to be tailored to your individual needs. This will be a one off payment of £45 and will include 1 free class session.
