By combining Joseph Pilates’ original concepts, yoga and modern fitness principles, with our physiotherapy knowledge, we have created an energetic, functional and balanced Pilates workout that will transform the way your body feels and improve your wellbeing.
Your Physiotherapist instructor will give you personal guidance to make sure you’re working at the correct level whilst maintaining the correct posture and technique.
Before you start you will need to have a 1:1 assessment with a physiotherapist

Fundamental Pilates
This class focuses on developing your key movement patterns and helping you build a strong foundation. This is a slower paced class that gives you time to learn and understand how your body moves, focusing on mind body connection and relaxation. You will work to remove the movement restrictions that may be inhibiting your daily living.

Functional Mat Pilates
Building on your movement foundation this class adds more strength and conditioning and dynamic movement. We work on your Functional movement patterns to improve balance, coordination, strength and posture. Teaching your body to move better, more functionally and more efficiently.

Clinical Pilates
Smaller sessions (Max 4) using Pilates including the reformer, physiotherapy rehabilitation, strength and conditioning and yoga. They are aimed at specific patient groups to help educate you and rehabilitate you from injury or manage an ongoing problem. These small groups allow us to give you individual attention and specific exercises for your problem, as well as making a support network with other participants who are in a similar situation to you.

During these sessions we work on a 1:1 basis with you to help you achieve your goals. Whether you are recovering from an injury or wanting to help improve your sporting performance we can help you. You can also book in small groups.
To Get Started
Before you start you will need to have a 1:1 session with a physiotherapist who will discuss your lifestyle, goals and do a thorough movement screen, highlighting any asymmetries and your strengths and weaknesses. They will give you some individual exercises to start at home and steer you towards a class that best meets your needs or advise further 1:1 sessions if necessary.
