Services at Our Clinic
Physiotherapy
After a thorough assessment where we diagnose your problem we come up with a treatment plan which is targeted to meet your individual needs and help you to achieve your goals.
Pilates
Strengthen, stretch and tone your body in a safe and pain free-way. Our classes are taken by a Chartered Physiotherapist.
Reformer
Pilates classes using our reformer beds. Giving you a full body work out with the added resistance of the springs and movement of the carriage.
Hydrotherapy
The Buoyancy of the water reduces the load on painful joints and muscles making movement easier. The warmth of the water helps improve flexibility, relieve pain, relax the user and improves circulation.
